We recently bought a used car from southbank dodge and got delivery today. I can honneslty say it was a great experience and everyone i dealt with during this transaction was top notch. Ali was very reponsive to our questions while being there and after hours, he helped us checking the vehicule at 3 ocassions while working around our crazy schedule. His attitude and personality is exactly what eveyone walking in a dealership to buy a car hope for. We also spoke with Bruce and another manager who helped us get a great price on this while making sure we had all that we needed to agree on a price, this was as smooth as it can be. Hussain from finances was great, everything was clear and well done, helped us get a good rate on financing. This is a+++ service and will totally go back without a doubt. I've bought +10 cars and this was the best service i've got in the region. Everybody went above and beyond our expectations.
